
Refund and Returns Policy – Frankunie

At Frankunie, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible and customer-friendly return and refund process. Please read the following policy for information on eligibility, timelines, and how to request a return or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
The item must be in resalable condition
Non-returnable items include:
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Opened or used personal items (e.g., mouthguards, water bottles, etc.)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
Contact our support team at info@frankunie.com with the following details:
Order number
Reason for the return
Photo(s) if the item is damaged or defective
Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
Pack the item securely and include the Return Authorization Number in your shipment.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You will receive a confirmation email
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items if:
They are defective or damaged
You received the wrong size or product
To request an exchange, follow the same steps as initiating a return and specify the desired replacement in your email.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package
Provide photos of the item(s) and packaging
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
7. Late or Missing Returns
If we do not receive your returned item within 21 days of return authorization, we may not be able to process the refund.
